Caring for your Colonial Mills Rug
Retain the beauty of your rug with regular vacuuming using your vacuum's hard surface attachment. Do not use the beater bar on your rug. Remove spots with dry-cleaning fluid. Periodic professional dry cleaning is recommended. If threads loosen or break, simply sew together with a needle and strong thread. Trim, never pull, loose ends. Floor padding beneath the rug will help retain softness and prevent yarn color dye transfer. Please note that what may appear to be an irregularity in color or construction is actually part of the rug's unique homespun look. Reverse for twice the wear.
